Delinquency Department
The dedicated staff in our Delinquency Department is knowledgeable in all areas of collections, including federal and state laws, foreclosure and bankruptcy, Superior Court actions and Small Claims lawsuits. This specialized knowledge provides our clients with an invaluable in-house resource.
All collections from pre-lien letters through small claims court appearances are handled personally by Menas HOA Management’s staff until such a time as the Board elects to send an account to the Association’s attorney to commence legal proceedings; therefore providing a cost-savings to both the Association and to the homeowner. While aggressively pursuing delinquent accounts, Menas HOA Management still encourages the Board to entertain payment plans whenever possible. Our staff continues to track debts owed by previous owners and works with collection agencies and investigators to locate former owners in order to collect debts remaining due to the Association.
