Menas HOA Management is a San Diego based Homeowner Association (HOA) Management company that has earned its respected reputation for comprehensive care in the HOA management industry. Our personalized customer service and progressive web portal enable Menas HOA Management to serve existing communities as well as new developments throughout Southern California and the Phoenix metropolitan area. Menas HOA Management prides ourselves on outstanding customer service. All of our Community Managers are encouraged to obtain their California Association Community Management (CCAM) certification through CACM and encouraged to enroll in continuing education classes/seminars to maintain their designations. Our certified HOA and Community Managers are knowledgeable and up to date on the ever changing laws. Our Community Managers work closely with their Boards to educate, guide and support each community they manage.

Menas HOA Management’s policy is to return all phone calls and email correspondence within 24 hours. If Menas HOA Management is selected, a team will be assigned to the community to provide full management services:
